Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on emerging digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
