The role emphasizes a customer-first approach, team collaboration, and the use of digital channels to enhance the client experience.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree or 2-4 years in sales/service, Notary Public and NMLS certification, and strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years in a sales and service environment.
• Must be or become a Notary Public and NMLS certified.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; able to operate various devices.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage in consultative conversations to build rapport and expand relationships.
• Work independently or as part of a team to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
• Process traditional customer transactions within established guidelines and authority.
• Answer routine and complex questions on accounts, products, and policies; troubleshoot and resolve.
• Create innovative touch points through daily digital outreach and cohesive customer experience.
• Cross-sell bank deposits and loan products using a needs-based approach.
