You will process accounts, assist with deposits and loans, and use the Salesforce platform to manage client interactions while upholding regulatory requirements and a strong client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Two year degree or equivalent job experience.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a financial or retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship development and transaction processing to meet sales and service goals.
• Open and process all types of accounts including deposits and loans; check cashing and cash handling.
• Proactively cross-sell bank products and services to existing and new customers using current tools.
• Complete Home Equity application process with customers; follow up on requirements and closing.
• Achieve individual and team sales and service goals; participate in promotions.
• Use a needs-based consultative approach to recommend products or services.
• Answer routine and complex questions; troubleshoot issues and ensure resolution.
• Utilize Salesforce for customer interactions and follow-up.
