Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail banking sales experience or related experience.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
• Willingness to learn and apply product knowledge quickly.
• Strong math, problem solving and risk awareness.
• Proven ability to build relationships and educate customers.
• Proactive business development and referral generation.
• Comfort in a high-energy, sales-driven team environment.

Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert interactions into learning about financial goals.
• Managing a loan pipeline with cross-selling home equity loans, lines of credit, unsecured personal loans, auto loans and referrals.
• Creating sales opportunities and growing the customer base through networking and proactive sourcing.
• Learning processes like transactions, cash drawer handling and bank documentation per standards.
• Challenging daily KPIs to improve performance while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
