Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to learn financial goals and connect customers to solutions.
• Create and manage a loan pipeline with focus on home equity loans, unsecured personal loans, auto loans, and mortgage referrals.
• Sourcing consumer lending opportunities through networking, conversations, and referrals.
• Learn and perform banking processes, including transactions, cash handling, and documentation to standards.
• Meet daily KPIs while balancing priorities and delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
