Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Asking personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations while meeting customer needs.
• Calling leads, visiting businesses to offer workplace banking, and developing referral networks.
• Achieving daily key performance metrics while balancing priorities.
• Learning processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation per industry standards.
