Job summary

Columbia Bank in Rathdrum, Idaho, is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver an exceptional client experience and to acquire and expand client relationships by identifying needs and offering appropriate banking solutions. The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of teller or banking experience, strong knowledge of consumer products, and proven consumer lending proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Teller or other banking experience
• In-depth knowledge of Consumer products and services
• Proficient in consumer lending
• Ability to handle cash, balance accounts and drawers
• Able to obtain a Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) within 60 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
• Open Consumer and Business accounts for clients
• Originate consumer loans independently and business loans with minimal assistance
• Identify client needs and refer to appropriate banking partners
• Support branch goals by identifying and referring bank products and services
