Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide financial guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans, and digital banking products and services.
• Identify solutions based on client needs and offer proactive financial guidance.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with branch clients through outreach and follow-up.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all banking transactions and documentation.
