Job summary

Qualifications

HS Diploma or GED required.
Two years of customer-facing, goal-oriented experience.
Registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required after employment; obtain an NMLS license after employment.

Responsibilities

Build, expand and retain client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients by assessing needs and recommending Simmons bank products and services.
Market Simmons solutions to customers via daily interactions, outbound calls, business visits and events; aim to meet branch goals.
Assist with account services, teller transactions, and other transactional needs as needed.
Support a positive Simmons Ambassador presence and participate in training for requisite products and services.
