Frost in Texas seeks a Personal Banker II to be the first point of contact for customers and to set the standard for banking with Frost. You will build relationships based on trust and integrity while addressing customer needs with empathetic problem-solving.

You will manage an assigned portfolio, educate clients on deposit and loan products, perform transactional services, and pursue sales opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio focusing on acquisition, expansion, and retention.
• Educate customers on Frost deposit and loan products.

• Meet sales goals by presenting product solutions to customers.
• Advise customers about Frost products and services.
• Work effectively with Frost bankers and customers.
• Make outbound calls for service, sales, and onboarding.
• Stay updated on product trends and industry developments.
• Manage risk and prevent losses; ensure courteous service.
