Responsibilities

• Cultivates and sustains long term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location; responsible for identifying opportunities that deepen client relationships.
• Proactively engages in client conversations with curiosity, actively listening and accurately capturing information while leveraging TD systems and tools to identify appropriate client solutions and next best actions.
• Leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities, uncovering expressed and unexpressed client needs through questioning and listening.
• Provides clear, tailored guidance on a broader range of products and services to support informed client decisions.
• Delivers needs-based guidance and manages more complex client scenarios while driving partner collaboration and referrals.
