Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of client-facing sales, service, or relationship-building experience.
• Banking experience in teller, platform, or relationship roles preferred.
• Ability to conduct consultative client conversations to uncover needs.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through outreach and needs-based guidance.
• Lead client engagement across walk-ins, appointments, and outbound opportunities.
