U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker who will engage customers in person, by appointment, and virtually to provide informed financial guidance, open new consumer and business accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products.

You will build trust through proactive outreach, collaborate with branch teams, and leverage digital channels to meet clients' needs while following bank policies and NMLS/SAFE Act requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide banking guidance.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend suitable solutions.
