Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial environment.
• Minimum of 1 year cash handling experience.
• Great people skills with a can-do attitude and high energy.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities and systems.
• Work independently and with other team members.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and active listening.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to designated branch locations as scheduled or as needed to cover staff shortages.
• Perform member transactions and requests in person or by phone including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments and online/mobile banking setup.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Credit Union products, services, and policies.
• Cross-sell products and services during member interactions.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of member information and support process improvements.
• Participate in branch outreach events and community SEG events.
• Assist with vault/ATM custodian duties.
