Job summary

USALLIANCE Financial is seeking a Relationship Banker II Float in West Haven, CT. The role delivers exceptional member experiences, processing transactions, and promoting Credit Union products while traveling to designated branches to cover staffing needs.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in finance, 1 year cash handling, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma. English/Spanish bilinguals are a plus, with travel across multi-state sites expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial environment.
• Minimum 1 year cash handling experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to designated branch locations as scheduled to cover staffing needs.
• Process member transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments) and online banking setup.
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of member information and follow policies.
• Participate in branch outreach events and community activities.
• Assist with vault/ATM custodian duties.
