Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience
• In-store banking experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to accept coaching and feedback
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible or extended hours

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through proactive conversations and referrals.
• Resolve customer inquiries at first contact with internal help as needed.
• Maintain accurate transactions, account openings, and policy compliance.
• Explain complex banking solutions in simple terms.
