Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on Regions’ solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services including loans and deposits.
• Educates customers on digital banking solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Ensures a consistent customer experience and assists with transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Complies with bank processes, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
