This full-time role in Westwego requires a high school diploma, Saturday flexibility, and overtime

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer and monitor for sustained attention
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions’ solutions
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships with customers and prospects
• Educates customers on Regions’ Consumer and Business products, including loans and deposits
• Informs customers about digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings
• Provides a consistent customer experience by greeting customers and processing transactions
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers to internal experts when needed
• Follows bank procedures and regulatory requirements, managing operational risks
