Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of all bank products, services, procedures, policies and regulatory issues.
• Opens new accounts and related products; answers questions and processes paperwork.
• Serves as customers' single point of contact for bank products and services.
• Meets or exceeds performance goals and participates in sales campaigns.
• Assists customers with routine questions and requests, including banking services and online banking.
