Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and refer opportunities.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, insurance, and cash management.
• Deliver excellent customer experience following service standards.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loans, and maintenance of accounts.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are complete.
• Achieve quarterly sales and referral goals; transform service into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Coach and mentor Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review/approve transactions and manage cash shipments and vaults.
