• Proven ability to learn Trustmark consumer and/or mortgage lending guidelines and process loans within 2 years of employment.
• Register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) when required.
• Able to use basic math concepts and handle routine transactions and cash drawers.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, and related services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience following Trustmark’s service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately (deposits, withdrawals, wires, loan payments).
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure documents are complete and accurate.
• Achieve quarterly sales and referral goals while converting service opportunities to sales.
