The position requires strong communication, sales acumen, and knowledge of digital banking solutions, with collaboration across branch teams to deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFE Act and Regulation Z; background and credit checks.
• Strong ability to build and foster client relationships and provide excellent service.

Responsabilités

• Engage clients across in-person, appointment, and digital channels to provide banking counsel.
• Assess customers' banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital/self-service banking products and services.
• Collaborate with branch teammates to deliver an optimal client experience.
