Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with an emphasis in business.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or considerable relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and sales skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of coin.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service and cross-sells products and services.
• Opens deposit accounts, inputs and processes loan applications following regulatory requirements.
• Balances cash drawer and safeguards against fraud.
• Questions and resolves customer inquiries to deepen relationships and generate referrals.
• Supports branch operations and may assist multiple branch locations as needed.
