Job summary

Regions is seeking a Relationship Banker II to meet with customers in person and by phone, assess financial needs, and offer appropriate Regions products and guidance to help customers achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates have retail or sales experience, superior communication skills, and a results-driven mindset. The role includes identifying opportunities, handling cash, and staying current with digital banking tools while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspectives on Regions' solutions.
• Conducts outbound phone calls using generated customer and prospect lead lists to expand existing relationships.
• Educates and advises customers on Regions' Consumer and Business products and services, including loan and deposit types.
• Educates customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues and refers complex goals to internal experts.
• Follows bank processes and regulations, supporting sound banking practices and risk reporting.
