Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build lasting client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess financial needs and guide customers toward appropriate deposit and loan solutions, while educating them on digital tools.

Open accounts, process service requests, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver a high-quality customer experience. Prior retail banking and sales experience highly valued.

Qualifications

Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
Strong communication skills across channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
Knowledge of consumer and business banking products, including digital tools.
Experience with sales campaigns and promotions in a retail banking setting.

Responsibilities

Engage clients across multiple channels to provide financial guidance.
Assess customers' banking needs and recommend deposit/loan solutions.
Open consumer and business accounts and process services requests.
Educate clients on digital self-service products and services.
