Qualifications

• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable in a sales environment.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service tools.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
