Qualifications

• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration may be required under SAFE Act provisions.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients across in-person, appointment, and digital channels to deliver banking counsel.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with branch teammates to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
