Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience.
• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions is preferred.
• Strong client service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through multiple channels, including in person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
