Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration is required under the SAFE Act; background and credit check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up; identify solutions based on clients' needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts; processes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial goals; collaborates with branch team to serve clients.
