You will open consumer and business accounts, process service requests, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital tools, ensuring accurate and compliant handling of client information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Ability to build and foster relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities
