Job summary

U.S. Bank in Grants Pass, Oregon is seeking a Relationship Banker who builds trusted client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels to guide customers through deposit and loan choices.

You will open accounts, process service requests, educate clients on digital tools, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver accurate, efficient service while upholding regulatory requirements including NMLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts, completes service requests and submits credit applications.
• Proactively educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services to assist with meeting their financial needs.
• Delivers a consistent optimal client experience across greeting, transactions and channel interactions.
