Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity.
• Prior banking experience preferred (teller, platform, or relationship banking).
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, uncover needs and recommend products.
• Strong communication skills with clear, concise, confident delivery to diverse clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving in client-facing and operational scenarios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration as required.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location.
