Qualifications

• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products, services and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Performs and decisions a broad range of client transactions within established financial limits.
