Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in sales or relationship roles.
• Banking experience preferred (teller/platform/relationship).
• Consultative conversations to uncover needs and tailor solutions.
• Strong communication, concise and confident delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment and problem-solving in client-facing and operations contexts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar tools.
• Ability to obtain/maintain NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships via leads and outbound efforts.
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover expressed and unexpressed needs.
• Provide needs-based guidance on a broad range of banking products.
• Refer clients to mortgage solutions and other lending services.
• Deliver personalized guidance while ensuring risk and regulatory compliance.
• Champion the client experience with proactive follow-through and referrals.
• Engage clients on mortgage inquiries and mortgage product referrals.
• Collaborate with TD network to offer integrated solutions.
