Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience.
• Experience opening consumer and small business accounts, processing transactions and handling deposits.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Regulation Z; background/credit checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships through in-person, appointment and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit, loan products and digital self-service tools.
• Open new accounts and complete service requests with accuracy and compliance.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions and services.
• Partner with branch team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
