Qualifications

• 3–4 years client experience in retail banking or similar
• Demonstrated success with consultative, needs-based selling
• Strong product knowledge of deposits, loans, treasury services and related offerings
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with consumer and small business credit
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Open accounts and perform maintenance
• Run teller drawer as assigned
• Engage clients through calls and conversations
• Collaborate with internal partners (Mortgage, Wealth, SBA, Treasury) to provide solutions
• Meet sales, service and referral goals as directed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
