Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and digital channels
• Computer literacy and sustained attention to monitor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• One year of banking, cash-handling, or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and during transactions
• Answer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfill basic servicing requests
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs
• Educate customers on digital banking offerings such as mobile, online, and ATM
• Assist branch and team members with basic tasks to resolve customer problems
• Refer customers to internal experts for more complex financial goals
• Follow bank processes and report operational risks
• Support branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and financial needs
