Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling transactions.
• Answers inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists team members with basic tasks to aid customer problem resolution.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations; manages operational risks.
• Targets branch goals by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and meet financial needs.
