Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and basic teller transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries about products and services; process basic servicing requests.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Assist teammates and refer complex needs to a specialist when appropriate.
• Follow bank policies, manage risks, and support branch targets.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and banking solutions.
