Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.

• Firm understanding of basic computer use and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on the teller line and over the phone.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and card services.
• Build relationships by understanding customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist teammates and escalate complex needs to specialists when appropriate.
• Follow bank policies, mitigate operational risk, and support branch targets.
• Potential outbound calls to educate customers on technology and services.
