You will process transactions, answer questions, and educate customers on digital solutions to simplify banking.

The role targets individuals with teller or retail experience who seek growth, development, and upward mobility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Strong communication with customers in person and via phone.
• Comfort using computers for basic tasks and online banking.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments and standard teller transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support team with routine tasks and refer complex needs to specialists.
