Job summary

Trustmark Corporation is seeking Relationship Bankers to identify customer needs and match them with bank products, enhancing satisfaction and financial well-being. You will engage customers through proactive sales and service while handling cash and non-cash transactions.

Floaters travel between branches and may pursue permanent placement. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience, safeguard assets, and work toward quarterly sales and referral goals while building lasting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience.
• Able to use basic math concepts and handle routine transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to learn and communicate Trustmark products.
• Pass appropriate assessment tests related to customer service and math skills.
• Able to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal technology systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, etc.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience following Trustmark's service standards.
• Safeguard assets and security while processing transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documents are executed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly while providing excellent service.
• Make outreach calls to customers and/or prospects.
• Travel between branch locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
