Job summary

Trustmark Bank is seeking Relationship Bankers to identify customer needs and match them with bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and financial well-being. You will leverage proactive sales/service efforts and process a variety of cash and non-cash transactions.

This role includes coaching teammates, overseeing transactions, cross-selling deposits/loans/insurance, and achieving sales/referral goals while traveling between branch locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of face-to-face customer service, retail sales, or Trustmark Relationship Banker experience preferred.
• Able to learn lending guidelines and process loans within 2 years of employment.
• Must register with the NMLS.
• Strong customer service and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Relationship Bankers and Tellers.
• Review/approve various transactions including deposits, withdrawals, money orders, and cash drawers.
• Handle cash shipment and vault management.
• Identify customer needs and refer to products and services.
• Cross-sell deposits, loans, insurance, and cash management services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per Trustmark service standards.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation.
• Travel between branch locations and meet sales referral goals.
• Comply with bank policies and performance standards.
