Job summary

Regions Bank in Pensacola, FL is hiring a Relationship Banker I to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone, while processing transactions and identifying opportunities to meet customer needs.

You will build meaningful personal connections, educate customers on digital banking and branch services, and support teammates in achieving branch goals. Prior teller or retail experience is helpful; strong communication and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and via electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitor use.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, info changes, PIN resets).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assist branch and teammates with tasks to aid in problem resolution.
• Refer complex financial needs to internal experts when identified.
• Follow bank processes, manage risks, and adhere to regulations.
• Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate about technology and financial needs.
