Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments and standard teller tasks.
• Educate customers on digital banking, mobile and online solutions.
• Build relationships by staying informed about customer banking needs.
• Assist teammates and escalate more complex banking goals to specialists.
• Follow bank processes and manage operational risks.
• Help meet branch targets and identify customer financial needs.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate on Regions solutions.
