Job summary

You will build trusted relationships through proactive outreach, educate clients on digital products, and collaborate with teammates to deliver a seamless client experience. A high school diploma is required; prior retail banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or combination of experience and training.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies is preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Engages customers to identify financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Open consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch team to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Support credit applications and service requests as needed.
