Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker in Springfield, MO to build trusted client relationships through in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and guide clients toward digital-first solutions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with branch teams, greet clients, and process basic transactions, while expanding digital adoption and providing outstanding service to every customer you encounter.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs via effective engagement and communication.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital options.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service tools to meet financial needs.
