You will collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service, identify client needs, and guide customers through online tools and self-service features as part of a seamless banking experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail banking or related field preferred (≤4 years).
• Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels.
