Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• NMLS registration required under SAFÉ Act and Reg Z; background/credit checks will apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
• Delivers a consistent excellent client experience and collaborates with branch team.
• Identifies solutions and makes appropriate product recommendations.
