Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration is required for this role and background/credit checks will be performed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and recommend solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications.
• Proactively educate clients on digital products and self-service options to meet needs.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and operational excellence.
